Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Sales to lead high-value real estate sales. This role involves managing client relationships, closing high-ticket deals, handling a sales team, and ensuring revenue growth . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury or high-value real estate sales , excellent negotiation skills, and experience in guiding a team toward achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. High-Value Sales & Client Relationship Management Engage with HNI (High Net-Worth Individuals) and corporate clients for luxury and premium real estate sales. Provide end-to-end consultation , ensuring seamless property transactions. Conduct in-depth site visits, financial discussions, and property presentations . Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business. 2. Closure Expertise & Negotiation Drive the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure . Negotiate effectively to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide customized investment solutions based on client needs and market insights. 3. Team Management & Sales Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets. Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide sales training & guidance . Implement sales strategies, best practices, and process improvements . 4. Strategic Business Development & Market Insights Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences . Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and brand positioning. 5. Process Handling & Compliance Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and legal documentation . Work with banks, legal teams, and financial institutions for smooth transactions. Maintain an updated CRM database and generate sales reports. Key Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in real estate sales (luxury, villas, high-ticket projects preferred) Strong negotiation, closing, and persuasion skills Expertise in handling premium clients & high-value property sales Leadership skills to manage & motivate a sales team Excellent communication & presentation skills Knowledge of CRM tools, real estate regulations, and financial transactions Strong network with HNI clients, investors, and corporate buyers Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Additional Requirements: Own vehicle preferred for client meetings & site visits. Willing to work on weekends & extended hours as per client convenience.
