Job Description

Role & responsibilities To ensure safaty & health standards of the factory employers To develop & implement the best safety system and practices To maintain all relevant documents as per quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management system are maintained To organize training program for employees and new entrant with respect to various subject pertaining to process hazard and safety aspect To investigate and analyze safety related accident and incident . To conduct plant safety inspections and housekeeping rounds in order so observe unsafe acts and conditions To stop the activity, if found unsafe. To determine the occupational health problems of employees and facilitate them. To maintain the zero incident goal. To support in Pre-startup safety review activity. To monitor the inspection and maintenance of fire equipment's To conduct safety meeting and monthly gate meeting. To report unsafe act, unsafe conditions and near miss To maintain all legal requirement as per Factories Act 1948 To co-ordinate with other department for HAZOP and HIRA activity To provide feasible recommendations for identified risk in processes or operations.
