As a Deputy Manager- Projects, your role will involve overseeing retail projects and utilizing your 10 to 12 years of experience in the field with a strong knowledge of autocad. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Holding necessary site meetings with all required contractors and clients. - Managing MS Project Interior Fit out projects independently. - Coordinating with sub-contractors, labor, clients, architects, consultants, and PMCs. - Developing a comprehensive project plan and ensuring the coordination of interior works, interior MEP services, and finishes to meet project deadlines in collaboration with clients and contractors/vendors. - Managing the overall project from initial marking to site handover. - Estimating materials and participants needed to achieve project objectives. - Demonstrating proficiency in layout, material knowledge, BOQ, and effectively coordinating with clients and consultants. Your educational qualifications should include a BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil or Interior Engineering.
