Job Description

Proficient in managing activities related to Production Planning & Control.
Releasing monthly, weekly production plan based on customer orders.
Review of monthly customer orders with management.
Managing MIS for daily production plan vs actual & machine down time.
Preparing MRP (Material Requirement planning) & Master production schedule.
Raw material planning.
Monitoring the MIN-MAX stock (safety stock) of all BOP parts & circulating MIS regarding its coverage and next availability.
Inventory management Handling monthly and quarterly inventory.
Ensure appropriate levels of inventory, obsolescence & excess materials.
Responsible for on time delivery (OTD) for all the customers.
Evaluating the customer delivery performance.
Preparing monthly production performance report with respect to customer on time delivery.
Coordination with stores & logistics department & providing the priorities for container receipt.
