Job Description

Youll make a difference by:

Responsible for establishing & optimizing processes, portfolios, systemsetc. in after sales services area.
Effectively understanding of customer requirements, own capabilities (of dept/team/serviceline), existing product/services portfolios and suitably establishing after-sales related processes/systems/ tools/applicationsetc.
Strategically mapping, re-looking(reviewing) of processes/products/portfolios to better manage the growth.

Your success is grounded in:

Should have good knowledge and expertise in aftersales service processes.
(i.e Knowledge in various products, relevant tools/applications/systems, hands on customer facing experience is necessary.)
Good understanding about Siemens products/services/documentation/standards would be of advantage.
Goal/Result oriented person with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Having knowledge/hands-on experience in working against KPIs/ SLA/ Timelines/Deadlinesetc. driven services.
Good English proficiency (verbal, written) and exposure in tools/applications/processes/platforms and Microsoft Office.
Flexible working with different time zone customers.
