Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Deputy Manager to join our team, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.
Manage budgets and financial reports to optimize profitability.
Supervise and train staff members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, preferably in Wyndham.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is necessary.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
