Job Description

Role & responsibilities Monitor of banking activities related to all types of payout banks Downloading of reverse feed and Statement and matching the same with payout feed as received from R&T Agent (CAMS). Preparation of Bank reconciliation and closing balance composition Rejection for the day reporting to internal team Payouts as well Collections reconciliation Coordination with the Auditor for Weekly and monthly certificate and resolution of queries as raised by them Ensuring timely reporting of reconciliation statement and other MIS to respective stake holders Essential Skills Required Attentive, alert, proactive Should have experience of reconciling accounting / financial entries Ability to work independently and as part of a team and self motivated Appropriate handling of sensitive information. Ability to interact with senior management on a regular basis Eligibility Criteria Required to hold a professional accounting or finance degree Two to three years of experience in Mutual Fund Back Office Operations Basic understanding of Corporate Debt / Fixed income security markets Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel & Word Good analytical and communication skills
