Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. To conduct the line feasibility for new model, prepare list of new requirements. Taking trials and closure of Engineering Documents 2. To prepare the project plan &execution. 3. To prepare document as per Quality standards and procedures in agreement and alignment with respective department 4. Experience on working on Greenfield/Brown field Project 5. Experience on working along with Foreign Companies -especially Automotive Industry/Tractor/Engine Industry 6. Selection of Machine, Equipment, Design Approval Process (DAP) & set up for new product. Understanding the DFA(Design for Assembly) 7. Develop the assembly Line Jig, Fixture & gauges. 8. Making of PFD, PFMEA, CP and SOP's and Ensuring Implementation at the shop floor 9. Process Design for the New Products. 10. Layout design & Execution as per process requirement. 11. Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficiency. 12. Discuss with supplier for the requirement, Negotiation & Purchase.
