Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the industrial liquid paints business. Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients . Collaborate with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and implement pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Work closely with technical and R&D teams to provide tailored paint solutions for customers. Support brand positioning and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence. Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights . Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Experience: 8-10 years in industrial liquid paints, coatings, automotive coatings, or similar industries . Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial coatings, surface treatment solutions, and B2B sales . Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, clients, and distributors . Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing market data and sales performance to develop effective strategies. Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel as needed for meetings, sales development, and networking.
