Estimation of forging parts (Calculate the Net weight, cut weight, Flash, Yield) by using UNIGRAPHICS. Preparation of Forging Models & Drawings. Forging dies & tooling design & Drafting in NX (Unigraphics). Conduct trials on the shop floor & Prepare trial report for NPD & Improvement projects. Implement, maintain & monitoring of E.C.N. Productivity Improvements & cost reductions by innovative design. Prepare APQP, PPAP & PFMEA documents.
