Job Description

Role & responsibilities i) To ensure adherence with IRDAI regulations/ circulars/ guidelines for corporate agencies. ii) To develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements. iii) To act as the primary point of contact with IRDAI for all Corporate Agency Compliance related matters. iv) To respond & handle regulatory audits, inquiries and inspections in a timely manner. v) To conduct periodic compliance reviews & monitor the processes to ensure mitigation of compliance risks. vi) To ensure timely submission of reports & returns as per IRDAI requirements. vii) To conduct regular training sessions for employees and respective stakeholders. viii) To stay updated on regulatory changes and disseminate information to relevant teams. ix) To ensure proper documentation for renewals, certifications and approvals from IRDAI. x) To oversee third party vendor agreements to ensure compliance with IRDAI norms.
