Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Facility Manager to oversee our soft services operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve operational issues.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of soft services operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in facility management.
