Deputy Manager - Fund Operations - Private Equity, AIF, Gift City

You will be responsible for Fund Implementation & Compliance at a leading fund management company with a presence in India, UAE, and Mauritius. Your role will be based in Mumbai, working 5 days a week from the office. - Have an understanding of Capital market /Fund back-office operation and/or Fund Admin /AMC activities. - Knowledge of compliance in the same field will be preferable. - Manage counterparts like fund admin, custody, etc. and coordination. - Track client activities regarding fund movements, receipts, and enter all information into the system and MIS. - Manage day-to-day operational activities. - Be responsible for handling client queries regularly, including going on calls with clients or counterparts when necessary. - Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, yearly investor reporting for funds. - Have hands-on experience with MS Office applications and good knowledge of advanced Excel. - Develop the ability to handle trade upload, re-verification, custody coordination in consultation with the Fund Accounting team, and data management.
