Job Description

Job Title : Deputy Manager Enterprise business Purpose & Accountability: Responsible for driving Leased line and SME Sales & ARPU targets for the Enterprise Business vertical and Responsible for the revenue and end to end account management with high level of client relationship management Major Deliverable: 1. Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines, Geographic Spread of Corporate Clients, Sales Manpower plan and projected revenues 2. Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan 3. Daily tracking of maintain the compliance against check the status on a regular basis against sales plan 4. Conduct reviews of Enterprise Business team on periodic basis 5. Conduct sales trainings for Enterprise Business and build the b2b capabilities in the team 6. Coordinating with operations Team on day-to-day basis and streamlining the running processes in terms of Activations TAT and feasibility check etc. 7. Submit periodic market intelligence report to group EB head on Market trend, Contemporary Products and Competitors practices 8. Conduct periodic market assessment of customer satisfaction to draw plans to address areas of concern for ensuring customer retention 9. Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches 10. Assume administrative control for Enterprise Business Vertical 11. Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Enterprise Business Vertical 12. Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company and adherence of the SLAs 13. Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding Dept. vision, Processes and policies 14. Analysing the market potential, universe of b2b market, database and funnel build up 15. Vertical wise focus of the business across the business and providing the right solution as per the requirement
