Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Prototype BIW fixture design for small batch BIW builds
2. Compressed weld line design for optimized floor space 3. Proven expertise in toggle clamp fixtuer design including library creation 4. Design Approval expertise and ability to train team of CAD engineers 5. Ability to upskill CAD engineers in quick fixture design eco-system 6. Innovative approached for prototype strategies with short development leadtime 7. Proven experience in Robot weld line design for Main buck and Underbody line 8. Proven experience in Robot hemming die design 9. Knowledge in BIW joinery/manufacturing feasibility study 10. Proven experience in process creation (Process flow / Process sheets)
