Deputy Manager-Build

Role Overview: As a Proto Vehicle Build Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation of proto build PFC, Control plan, and build DVP. Your daily work management will include overseeing proto vehicle build activities and ensuring adherence to the vehicle build process. Additionally, you will track build concerns and coordinate with various teams to execute planned actions in projects. Your role will also involve completing build key deliverables according to MPDS guidelines, participating in design reviews, and providing input to the design team. Finally, you will be accountable for proto vehicle signoff and ensuring vehicle quality evaluation, repair, and rework. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare proto build PFC, Control plan, and build DVP - Manage daily work activities of proto vehicle build - Ensure adherence to vehicle build process - Track and resolve build concerns - Coordinate with design team, vehicle integration, and internal shops - Complete build key deliverables as per MPDS guidelines - Participate in Design Review and DFMEA - Sign off Proto vehicle from all design agencies and hand over to testing agency - Evaluate vehicle build quality - Perform vehicle repair and rework Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) - 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in the industry Additional Details: The location for this position is in Chennai, Chennai-MRV-AD, IN.
