Your work profile

In our Assurance (A&A) Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

  • Assess the current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations
  • Deliver projects around process optimization, recommendations basis industry experience on process changes opportunities, accounting process changes, optimization of close calendars, automation opportunities, recommendations to strengthen the existing controls, IFCoFR, SOX, RCM Refresh, SOPs & Policy benchmarking, etc
  • Understand and design finance processes and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls.
  • Work closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the finance function and secure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to business development (proposals, solutioning, diagnostics etc.)
  • Stakeholder management and Project Management
  • End to end ownership of engagements
  • Regular Status Updates to internal and external stakeholders


Desired qualifications

  • Qualified CA or Experienced Semi-Qualified with strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes.
  • Strong experience of Banking and NBFC Industry
  • 2-3 years of work experience with consulting firms
  • Knowledge or work experience of Process / Governance / Finance Transformation in BFSI industry.
  • Should have proven track record of delivering / driving small to large size projects related to Process Governance
  • Able to manage stakeholders independently and drive a team effectively
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills coupled with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Prior or current experience with data visualization and data modelling tools, or alternatively strong presentation skills
  • Good communicator, able to present and articulate information succinctly
  • Good problem solver and ability to adapt to changing requirements or deliverables

  • Base location: Mumbai
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
