Ltd. πŸ’Ό Department: Business Development / Investor Relations πŸ•’ Employment Type: Full-time 🧠 Experience Required: 8–12 years in real estate sales/investor relations with a proven track record πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and channel partners for real estate investment opportunities. Identify potential investors through networking, events, digital outreach, and existing database. Pitch residential and commercial real estate investment offerings with strong ROI propositions. Build long-term relationships with existing and new investors through consistent communication, meetings, and engagement initiatives. Coordinate investor presentations, site visits, and negotiations. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create tailored investor communication materials (pitch decks, ROI sheets, etc.). Track investor feedback and market trends to refine acquisition strategies. Represent the company at real estate expos, investor meets, and networking events.
