We have a vacancy for the post of DGM / GM- Finance & Accounts", in a very big Indian Multinational company based at Noida, plant located at 4 to 5 kms towards Kancheepuram side from Saint Gobain factory, Sriperumbudur, Chennai .The following are the details for your reference. DGM / GM- Finance & Accounts (Role of Finance Controller) Reporting to CFO of the Division and COO of the Plant. JOB DESCRIPTION Finalize the 5 year business plan Treasury/Forex/Working Capital Management Review and release of monthly MIS Monthly Forecasting & Variances Quarterly Accounts closing Lead and close all queries of Internal Audit findings by Big 4 Quarterly Statutory Audit and mapping with monthly MIS with least variance Advance tax/Deferred tax/Assessments/Department Lisoning/Corporate tax liasoning GST payments/Returns/ Audits/Compliances Customs law compliances Co-ordinate & Partner with Corporate accounts, Tax, Commercial & Control team on book closure & Financial Controls Perform costing activities for new products, BOM revisions, and quoting for Product Management Team. Verifying the accuracy of BOM and routing and highlighting areas of improvement. Analyze Material consumption, labour cost, monitoring the wastages and scraps accounting across plants Point of Contact between R&D Team, Plant Operations and Costing for the BOM/Routing definition and subsequent changes Point of Control for Plant Fixed Assets Control & Insurance and Reporting in coordination with Plant Finance Drive SOP of Plant related activities in coordination with the Plant teams. Plant payroll and HR compliances Solid understanding of SAP or similar ERP system preferred General 1. Highly self-motivated individual who requires and prefers little guidance from manager. 2. Excellent communications skills, including the ability to provide data in a concise and appropriate manner YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL: Only Chartered Accountants need to apply. (Other professionals like CMA/CS/MBA need not apply) TARGET INDUSTRIES : Only persons who have worked in Manufacturing companies and Plants need to apply (Service company professionals need not apply). ESSENTIAL: 12-15 year Experience must in Plant accounting, Plant MIS, Standard Vs Actual Cost Reportee : At least 10 -15 persons. (6 day a week). Location : 4 to 5 kms towards Kancheepuram side from Saint Gobain factory, Sriperumbudur, Chennai. Salary : Rs.35 to Rs.40 L p.a.
