Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager / General Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead our Cotton Finish Fabric division. The candidate will be responsible for driving domestic and international sales, expanding market reach, and ensuring profitability through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales and marketing efforts for Cotton and Viscose Finish Fabric, including Bottom Weight, Shirting, and Dress Materials. Develop and implement high-quality business strategies aligned with short-term and long-term company objectives. Drive business growth by securing new international buyers and expanding the client base. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, stakeholders, and business partners. Oversee sales operations to ensure desired results are achieved in line with the companys mission and strategic goals. Develop, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team for high performance and engagement. Ensure adherence to corporate finance principles, performance management metrics, and legal guidelines. Maintain business ethics and promote company policies across all sales operations. Candidate Profile: Experience: 12-15 years in Sales & Marketing within the cotton finish fabric industry. Preferred Background: Candidates from Vardhman, Nitin, Nahar, Arvind, or similar companies. Market Exposure: Strong experience in both domestic and export markets for cotton finish fabric. Buyer Network: Excellent contacts with key buyers in the industry. Communication Skills: Well-spoken and well-presented with strong oral and written communication abilities. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and business management systems. Educational Qualification: UG: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. PG: MBA/PGDM preferred.
