Business Planning Channel performance analysis and MIS Dealer Contact reports Target Setting Evaluation Loss Opportunity analysis Network Strategy Plan dealer networks and analyse the feasibility of operation and coordination at different networks Develop the network development strategy (coverage strategy, dealer recruitment, standards implementation) Devise dealer networking plan based on location, time, partnership, cost and product constraints and business strategy for expansion and growth in different regions within India Establish a set of general and specific procedures for the appointment and/or relocation of dealers Dealer Engagement and Satisfaction Dealer Satisfaction Report Analysis and action planning Co-ordination with stakeholders for implementation Network Steering Committee Completion Benchmarking Sales Service Outlets Margin structure - Sales / Aftersales Business case Reporting Network Governing council Responsible for handling Regional Reporting Responsible for preparing Local Reporting Chennai India
