Deputy general manager - Controllership

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare and review financial statements (including Consolidated Financials) in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS).

? Managing and liaising with Auditors (Internal/External) for audit closures, including schedule submissions and responding to audit queries.

? Handling and deriving Finance projects like accounting software improvements, automations, process control enhancement, etc.

? Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, including board presentations.

? Analysing financial data for trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities.

? Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

? Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

? Oversee account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.

? Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.

? Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies.

? Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring the organization's

compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

? 7+ years of experience in financial preparation, consolidation, reporting, accounting,

or auditing.

? In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS, or GAAP).

? Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (SAP).

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
