Job Description

Department: Partner Office/ APC

Reports to: Regional Manager/Branch Manager

Purpose

To drive sales growth by recruiting and developing Agency Partners/Advisors, ensuring their activation, productivity, and achievement of business targets in the Variable Agency model.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and activate new Agency Partners / Advisors on a monthly basis.
Monitor & support agents with joint field calls and regular guidance
Expand the partner network and build strong local market presence.
Ensure engagement, training, and productivity of Agency Partners.

Must Haves

Good knowledge in equity & financial products
Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in Variable Agency
Strong people management & networking skills

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
