We specialize in designing and developing advanced Hybrid AMRs that combine the benefits of both Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). Our team is passionate about shaping the future of robotics, and were looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Deployment Engineer to join our team in Banglore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and commissioning of our mobile robots (AGVs and AMRs) at customer sites. Detailed responsibilities are outlined below: Key Responsibilities: Manage the full deployment lifecycle of mobile robots, from conducting pre-installation surveys to securing final customer approval. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient deployment process. Perform comprehensive site assessments to understand customer requirements and create tailored deployment strategies. Install, configure, and commission mobile robots in accordance with ANSCERstandards and best practices. Integrate robots with existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software platforms. Deliver thorough training to customer teams on the operation and maintenance of the robots. Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during or after deployment. Maintain detailed documentation of the deployment process and keep accurate records. Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Robotics, or a related field) or equivalent experience. At least a year of experience in deploying and commissioning mobile robots (AGVs or AMRs) in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of robot mechanics, electrical systems, and automation principles. Experience with robot programming and integration with WMS and other software applications is a plus. Experience in ROS and C++ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must-Haves: Valid drivers license (preferred) Passport. Knows languages like English Hindi.
