Our mission is to redefine denim for the modern era, making fashion both stylish and sustainable. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Noida. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating and developing new denim designs, overseeing fittings, and working with textiles to ensure the highest quality and aesthetic standards. Daily tasks include sketching designs, selecting fabrics, working on embroidery details, and collaborating with the production team to bring designs to life. Qualifications Expertise in Fashion Design and knowledge of current fashion trends Skills in Embroidery and working with various Textiles Experience in Fitting and ensuring garment quality Strong understanding of fabric properties and garment construction Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative design ideas Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop NIFT/Pearl Academy graduates preferred
