As a Denodo Administrator, your role involves supporting and performing periodic maintenance of all Denodo servers, services, and components. This includes tasks such as Security token/cert updates and password uploads to Cyber Ark. You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health of Denodo servers, services, components, and supporting infrastructures. Additionally, your responsibilities will include: - Resolving vulnerabilities, coordinating exception management, and serving as the first point of contact for Denodo Alerts, Incidents - Managing incidents and problem resolution for platform-related issues, including performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to support application job failure investigation - Handling User Management tasks such as onboarding, de-provisioning, software support, access control, and access compliance - Addressing requests from application teams and consumers, such as Delta Generation, VDB refreshes, and data source setup/configuration - Establishing and maintaining data connections with upstream and downstream teams - Deploying application or configuration changes, managing release for Denodo Infra-related changes, and liaising with product support for service requests and data provision - Performing periodic backups, Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, and ensuring the availability and reliability of the Denodo platform - Collaborating with server and infrastructure teams for server-level backups, Denodo patches, version upgrades/migrations, and impact analysis for decommissioning assets - Automating repetitive tasks, monitoring, and alerts to enhance operational efficiency - Addressing performance issues at the Denodo administration level and providing support for performance issues related to application design/implementation - Creating documentations such as SDP/SOP/DR, supporting SDLC audits, and providing assistance to the Enterprise Architect Team Please note that the following qualifications are required for this role: - Experience in Denodo administration and support - Strong knowledge of Denodo servers, services, and components - Proficiency in vulnerability resolution, incident management, and problem resolution - Familiarity with user management, access control, and compliance - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support architectural changes - Experience in automation, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and documentation of architectural changes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills If there are any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please share them for inclusion in the job description.
