Demand Planning Solution Architect

Role Overview: At o9 Solutions, you will lead the complete lifecycle of projects, from designing to deploying o9's solutions to customers across various industries and geographies. Your role will involve mapping business requirements into the o9 platform, configuring solutions, resolving issues, mentoring junior members, and continuously improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the complete lifecycle of a project, from design to deployment of o9's solutions to customers - Map business requirements into o9's platform and develop a clear, phased blueprint - Configure solutions to solve deep operations/supply chain problems and monitor performance rigorously - Resolve customer issues and coordinate defect tracking and resolution process - Improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback - Support customer demonstrations - Mentor and guide junior team members Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning applications - Proficiency in statistical, optimization, and simulation skills using software tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, etc. - Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts and experience in planning solution deployment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation - Experience with agile methodology for large-scale enterprise implementations - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different locations and time zones - Masters Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields Additional Details: o9 Solutions is a rapidly growing technology company with a strong entrepreneurial culture and a focus on digital transformation for enterprises and the planet.
