Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Data Analysis: o Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to consolidate historical sales data analysis. o Use commercial team insights to ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning. Demand Planning & Forecasting: o Conduct monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. o Ensure that all information is effectively communicated back to supply and production planners. o Own the national-level forecast bias and accuracy, identifying and driving improvements where necessary. Business Coordination: o Oversee and manage demand planning for four divisions within the India Region Consumer Business (Retail). o Analyze and understand demand patterns by area, state, and customer levels. Data Management: o Work closely with warehouse operations to manage demand planning and stock flow. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for effective planning. o Ensure data-driven decision-making with advanced data management skills.
