Job description Position Title: Demand Generation Specialist(US COLD CALLING) Department: Sales and Marketing Location: Hyderabad Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. This individual will play a crucial role in generating high-quality leads, building key relationships, and supporting the sales team to ensure sustained business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, enthusiastic sales professional with a strong passion for lead generation, market research, and sales development. In this position, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and refine demand generation strategies that drive measurable results. You will focus on identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, setting up appointments, and ensuring follow-up to drive sales pipeline growth. Your efforts will be key to supporting the sales team in reaching and exceeding individual and team targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: US cold calling experience. Identify, research, and profile target accounts, including key decision-makers and influencers within target companies. Qualify inbound leads and engage in outbound activities to generate new business opportunities. Use tools and platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, etc.) to identify prospects, conduct market research, and enrich contact data. Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to set appointments, qualify leads, and nurture relationships. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales team to align on lead generation goals, target markets, and sales objectives. Support the sales team by ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Track lead performance and provide feedback for process improvement. Regularly report on progress and results against set targets. CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-up and reporting of all lead generation activities. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation targets and sales quotas. Experience in conducting outbound sales activities (cold calls, email outreach, etc.). Skills & Abilities: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build rapport quickly and develop relationships with key decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Other Requirements: Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable with a performance-driven environment and achieving individual and team goals.
