Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist Department: Sales Location: Bengaluru Reports To: AVP Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation who is eager to grow their skills. The Demand Generation Specialist will focus on identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and driving sales opportunities. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the company s growth through outreach, pitching, and meeting scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Outreach and Lead Generation: Conduct daily outreach efforts to potential leads via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Use CRM tools to track and nurture warm leads, ensuring consistent follow-up efforts. Strive for at least 1-2 follow-ups per contact to maintain engagement. Pitching and Engagement: Participate in 10-15 pitches per week with prospects who show interest. Personalize each pitch to address the needs and interests of the prospect. Aim to increase pitch-to-outreach engagement through effective and targeted messaging. Meeting Scheduling and Conversion: Schedule at least 2-3 meetings per week with prospects after the pitch phase. Focus on securing virtual meetings with high-potential clients. Track conversion rates from meeting to opportunity and work to improve this metric. Reporting and Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of outreach, pitches, and meetings in CRM tools. Provide weekly updates on outreach activities and progress towards KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies to improve lead generation efforts. Tools and Resources Management: Use CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) to maintain up-to-date lead information and meeting schedules. Utilize tools like Calendly for streamlined meeting coordination. Follow sales scripts and templates to ensure consistent messaging and outreach efficiency. Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, feedback, and suggestions. Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and contribute to lead generation strategies. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly). Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve and exceed outreach and conversion targets. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with enterprise-level B2B sales or lead generation. Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback from prospects and sales teams.
