Position Overview: The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support the sales pipeline. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation within the software industry, particularly in B2B environments. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement demand generation strategies that align with overall marketing goals and support the sales teams objectives. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, PPC, SEO, and more. Lead Generation: Develop and manage programs to generate and nurture leads through digital channels, events, and other marketing initiatives. Analytics Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI and make data-driven decisions. Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to create compelling messaging and content that drives engagement and conversions. Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and strategies. ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Implement and manage ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and support account-based sales efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor,s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8-9 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within the software industry. Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects teams simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with ABM strategies and tactics is a plus. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing best practices. Preferred Skills: Experience in the B2B software or technology sector. Familiarity with content creation, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and webinars. Understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
