We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Demand Generation Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that attract, engage, and convert international leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Identify and target high-potential international prospects through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Fiverr, and GoodFirms.
  • Execute email marketing, cold outreach, and social media campaigns to build qualified sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling outreach content and strategies.

Client Engagement & Nurturing

  • Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Understand client needs and connect them with relevant web and software development solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate between clients and internal business teams.

Strategy, Analysis & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance, analyze conversion data, and optimize strategies for better ROI.
  • Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM tools.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase demand generation and market visibility.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B IT sales, demand generation, or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (web, mobile, or software development).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (spoken & written).
  • Experience dealing with international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven.
