About the Role

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions using best practices and platform capabilities.
Develop custom applications, integrations (REST/SOAP), UI policies, flows, and automations.
Maintain platform performance and ensure compliance with governance models and security requirements.
Partner with BAs and product owners to translate business needs into robust configurations and scripts.
Lead code reviews and mentor other developers.
Support release planning.
Stay current on ServiceNow innovations (Store apps, new versions).

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Expert-level understanding of Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and APIs.
Hands-on with ITSM, CMDB, SPM, and optionally ITOM or HRSD.
Experience in enterprise environments and Agile/Scrum delivery.
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (mandatory), CAD (preferred), ITSM/CMDB specialist certs (plus).
