Company Overview: Battery Smart is India's largest and fastest-growing Battery Swapping Network for electric two and three-wheelers. Launched in June 2020, we aim to revolutionize the EV sector by making electric mobility simple, economical, and accessible through a unique partner-led model. Job Overview: We are looking for energetic and field-driven Demand Field Executives to support our rapid expansion in the EV battery swapping space. The role requires direct interaction with e-rickshaw drivers and local partners to generate leads, onboard customers, and drive awareness of our battery swapping solution. Key Responsibilities: - Drive lead generation and offline marketing efforts to promote battery swapping in the target region. - Meet and influence e-rickshaw drivers and prospects, clearly communicating product benefits and offers. - Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline while nurturing existing leads. - Conduct door-to-door visits, cold calls, and field meetings to onboard drivers. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets. - Represent Battery Smart professionally in the field with a solution-focused approach. Ideal candidate profile: - Experience in battery sales, e-rickshaw market, or EV sector preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). - Comfortable with field-based roles, customer-facing conversations, and local travel. - Zeal to meet deadlines and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with regional geography and local e-mobility ecosystem. Requirements: - Proven experience in lead generation, driver onboarding, cold calling, or field sales. - Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid license. - Willing to operate from field offices and travel within assigned territories.
