delivery (Zepto)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Order Pickup: Collect packaged orders accurately and promptly from the assigned dark store location.
• Fast and Safe Delivery: Deliver the items to the customer's location on time, adhering to Zepto's ultra-fast delivery promise, while strictly following all traffic rules and ensuring road safety.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and politely, providing excellent service at the point of delivery.
• Route Management: Efficiently plan or follow pre-planned short-distance routes (typically within a small radius of the dark store) to ensure the fastest delivery.
• Package Handling: Handle all packages and perishable goods with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of deliveries, including completion times and any issues encountered (e.g., non-delivery reasons).
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure their delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or bicycle) is in good working condition.
• App Usage: Use the Zepto Delivery Partner App for receiving orders, navigation, and updating delivery status.
• Cash Collection (if applicable): Collect cash payments from customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of the collected amount.
