Job Description

We are looking for 2 Delivery personnel for our new startup. The jobwill be for at-least 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Were looking for someone smart and dependable who is ready to start at the ground level and work with us to grow. This will be a Fulltime employment role with medical insurance and NOT a Gig based role. Bare Minimum Requirements You need to know atleast 2 languages You have your own bike (Activa type model preferably) You have a valid driving license You are able to safely and properly ride your bike in all weathers. You are open and willing to do a delivery role which will include going to people’s homes to delivery products You are able to lift, carry, walk as needed to perform your duties. This will be based out of the Hennur area in Bangalore so you would need to be living in (or willing to move asap to) the Hennur area. (People not currently in Bangalore or not willing to move to Hennur area PLEASE DON’T APPLY) Your Work Environment This will be a 6 day working 12 hours a day with rotational Week off’s. You need to be open to working in 1 of 2 shifts for now – 7:00AM to 7:00PM and 11:00AM to 11:00PM. Shifts can rotate monthly. You need to have your own bike. Your Day to Day You will be doing pickup’s and drops from and to customers The Future Your growth can be into managing daily operations and deliveries or training other personnel or moving into escalation management.
