Delivery Partner

As a Delivery Executive, your role involves picking up orders from designated vendors or hubs and delivering them accurately and on time to customers at their location. You will be responsible for using mobile apps or GPS to navigate efficiently and manage routes to avoid delays. Additionally, you will interact with customers in a polite manner, confirm order details, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: - Collecting parcels, food, groceries, or other items from designated vendors or hubs - Delivering items accurately and on time to customers at their location - Using mobile apps or GPS to find the best routes and avoid delays - Communicating politely with customers, confirming order details, and ensuring customer satisfaction In terms of operational duties, you will be expected to: - Ensure safe transport of items without damage, leakage, or spoilage - Use the delivery app to accept orders, mark pickup/drop-off, and update order status in real-time - Keep the delivery vehicle (bike, cycle, car) clean, fueled, and in good working condition - Adhere to delivery schedules, dress codes, and safety guidelines set by the company Other expectations for this role include: - Reporting any delays, customer issues, or app-related problems to the support team promptly - Managing multiple deliveries efficiently during peak hours or bad weather This position offers benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
