About The Role

Skill required: Plan - Supply and Demand Planning

Designation: Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:10 to 14 years

What would you do? The role is to support the buying team, ensuring that tasks are undertaken accurately to drive overall performance in the business unit.To implement promotion plans for the category, and support analysis of pricing. To respond to stakeholder queries/changes to product information and other actions. To input and deliver the promotional strategy for the category and support delivering accuracy in pricing.

What are we looking for? Pricing and Promotions

Implement of Buyer/Merchandiser led to retail price changes, including checks, escalations & approvals. Add promotion plan with relevant compliance checks, communication to digital and requests for approval

Implement promotion offers like 20% off, check the compliance and approvals with senior members of the team, request voucher code generation from the campaign team, request digital badging and approved promotions

Manage End to End process to correctly assign clearance products, check all clearance items that are correctly priced and meet all clearance criteria

Generate clearance report through canvassing and clearance data, sharing with buying and merchandising to review report and determine next steps

To ensure that promotional and pricing information is completed effectively and effectivelyAd-hoc Support:

Provide ad-hoc support for special projects, including new product introductions, promotional campaigns, or changes in supply chain strategy

Handle urgent pricing or promotion inquiries and provide timely responses to internal stakeholders

Experience:o7+ years of experience in pricing and promotion management, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleoProven experience in pricing and promotion, S&OP processes within a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Skills:

oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsoExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present data to senior leadershipoAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred
Qualifications

Experience working in a high-volume, dynamic supply chain or retail environment

Understanding of key pricing and promotion metrics

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
