About The Role

Skill required: Plan - Production Planning and Scheduling

Designation: Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:10 to 14 years

What would you do? The role is to support the buying team, ensuring that tasks are undertaken accurately to drive overall performance in the business unit.To carry out the accurate filing and maintenance of required records in line with company procedures and legal guidelines, on behalf of the category. Responsible for recommending and inputting into, Pricing, Promotional Activity, Product specification, Supplier selection as appropriate to product data. Collect accurate data and provide actionable insights for the category teams to implement. Build effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.

What are we looking for? Product Data

Manage End to End 2E product setup process with core and non-core inputs once SKU is included in the Range Plan. Set up a supplier and product if required. Action product amendments in relevant systems when requested by Buying team (eg Pack Size, Description, Supplier factory information)

Manage product benchmarking (new or already ranged) against the market

Create and store product technical files (regulatory requirement for a product to be sold)

Maintain Product Approval Tracker. Manage reporting processes required for compliance based on product classification. Manage product return refunds – partial or full.

Manage and resolve order issues by working with Supplier and Trading teamsAd-hoc Support:

Provide ad-hoc support for special projects, including new product introductions, promotional campaigns, or changes in supply chain strategy

Handle urgent product data inquiries and provide timely responses to internal stakeholders

Experience:o7+ years of experience in product data management, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleoProven experience in product data management, S&OP processes within a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Skills:

oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsoExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present data to senior leadershipoAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred
Qualifications

Experience working in a high-volume, dynamic supply chain or retail environment

Understanding of key pricing and promotion metrics

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
