Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Power BI, enabling them to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within existing processes.
• Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and user needs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Support the implementation of solutions by working closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending adjustments as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data visualization.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of other data visualization tools and techniques.
• Understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or data analytics are a plus.
