Our growth plans:. We process close to 4% of the country's freight on our software platform. Our goal is to get to 20% of the country's freight by 2028. This gives us a birds eye view of the market. Were already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028. About the Role:. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager- B2B Customer Integration with 5+ years of expertise in managing customer-facing projects and integrations. This individual will be responsible for leading the delivery of our product to clients, ensuring the successful alignment of business processes, customer integration, and optimal product deployment. The Delivery Manager will serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-delivery support, while working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities:. Project Delivery & Management:. Lead the delivery of B2B customer integration projects, ensuring that client requirements are met and the product is integrated seamlessly within the customers business processes. Manage end-to-end delivery, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the successful completion of customer integrations on time and within scope. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, managing risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution. Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management:. Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers. Understand customer business needs and ensure that solutions are tailored to meet their specific objectives, providing continuous updates and transparency throughout the delivery process. Business Process & Integration Expertise:. Leverage deep understanding of customer business processes to guide the integration of our product into their workflows, ensuring both technical and operational success. Collaborate with customers to understand their integration requirements, challenges, and goals, and translate these into actionable project plans. Cross-functional Team Leadership:. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (including product, technical, and support teams) to ensure alignment on customer requirements, integration goals, and deliverables. Manage and support internal resources, ensuring the timely availability of expertise and assistance to meet customer expectations. Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance:. Drive process improvements in project delivery and integration, ensuring high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance project management and delivery quality across the team. Risk Management & Issue Resolution:. Proactively identify potential risks or issues related to customer integration projects and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies. Provide timely resolution to escalated issues, ensuring customer concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively. Training & Knowledge Transfer:. Oversee the training and knowledge transfer process to ensure that customers are well-equipped to use the product effectively post-delivery. Work with internal teams to provide training materials, documentation, and customer support to ensure successful long-term product adoption. Preferred qualifications:. 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing delivery or project management role, with a focus on B2B customer integrations and business process management. Strong understanding of the integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support. Proven experience in managing large, complex projects and working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Expertise in translating customer business processes into technical solutions, ensuring product alignment with operational workflows. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges and driving solutions. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budgets. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). Technical aptitude and understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows (technical background is a plus, but not required). Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills: . Experience with SAP, JIRA, JAVA, Custom APIs. Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or other business systems integration. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
