Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving collaboration across teams. You will be responsible for project execution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost adherence. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure efficient resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction. Manage expectations and provide regular project updates. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution. Process Improvement & Agile Best Practices Implement and refine Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies for efficient delivery. Drive continuous process improvements and innovation within the delivery framework. Monitor key performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives. Team Leadership & People Management Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve high performance. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence. Resolve conflicts and ensure a productive work environment. Requirements 10+ years of experience in project delivery and management within software development or IT services. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment. PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications are a plus. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Interested candidate can call or share their resume on below details.
