We are Looking of "Low Code-Delivery Manager " for one of US Based IT Services & Consulting organization. Its a Permanent Remote Role. Position- Delivery Manager- Low Code (We are looking to hire L2 who can manage Delivery and CoE for Low-Code) Experience- 10+ Years Location- Remote(Work From Home) Notice Period- Immediate, Serving or Max. upto 30 Days Communication has to be good or excellent. We are looking for candidates with exp International project delivery (Preferably in the USA market) Expected Skills • Strategy, implementation, and maintenance of delivery initiatives in line with business goals. • Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress • Overseeing multiple project teams to maintain organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance. • Scope in close collaboration with project sponsors, cross-departmental teams, and assigned project managers to maximize productivity Plan and develop results, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing of new initiatives. • Developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization. • Efficiently does profit and loss management • Producing accurate and timely reporting of delivery status throughout its life cycle. • Analyzing delivery risks • Efficient escalation management • Working on strategy with the marketing team • Works with Presales team • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance • Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment.
