Role & responsibilities Delivery Manager ( IC Role, Bangalore Location, US work timings ) Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. 12+ years of experience in project management, software product implementation and customer engagement. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-mark and on-time delivery. Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Job Description: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions. Ensure effective communication and issue resolution among internal and external stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans Establish milestones, performance metrics and conduct project and team governance meetings, reviews and reporting.
