About The Role

The Delivery Manager will play a key role in leading end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation, data modernization, and AI platform engagements across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. This role requires strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and program governance experience, alongside modern delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and PMP-aligned frameworks.

The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, drive operational excellence, and ensure successful outcomes across cloud modernization and enterprise programs. The successful candidate will have experience leading distributed delivery teams and working closely with customer and partner organizations across cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams across cloud modernization, application transformation, and platform engineering using Azure, AWS, and GCP capabilities.

• Own program governance, delivery health, timelines, scope, financials, budgets, risks, and compliance.

• Drive structured delivery cadences, including standups, progress reviews, retrospectives, steering committees, and release planning.

• Serve as the primary delivery interface for customers and partner engineering teams across Azure, AWS, and GCP engagements.

• Ensure clear and proactive stakeholder communication, escalation management, and alignment on success metrics and KPIs.

• Lead distributed delivery teams across engineering, QA, operations, DevOps, and support functions.

• Manage resource planning, onboarding, performance management, and organizational alignment.

• Implement delivery best practices including Agile, SAFe, Scrum, OKRs, and continuous improvement frameworks.

• Ensure cloud-native delivery across services such as Azure App Services, AWS Lambda, GCP BigQuery, Kubernetes, Vertex AI, and supporting cloud-native tooling.

• Track, measure, and report platform KPIs such as performance, adoption, SLO/SLI metrics, and operational maturity.

• Drive delivery excellence and ensure continuous improvement across processes and operational workflows.

• Foster strong customer relationships to support continued growth and partner success.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.

• 8+ years of IT delivery experience, including 4+ years delivering cloud engagements.

• Experience leading delivery for programs leveraging Azure, AWS, and GCP services and tools.

• Experience leading delivery programs using GCP/Vertex AI, Azure/Azure ML, AWS services, or similar cloud-native stacks.

• Strong program management experience with Agile, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent delivery methodologies.

• Strong leadership experience managing distributed delivery teams across global geographies.

• Excellent stakeholder communication, relationship management, and escalation handling skills.

• Experience working with enterprise cloud customers across modernization, data, and security initiatives.

• Ability to collaborate across cloud engineering, PMO, and product organizations in high-scale delivery environments
