Job description Sr delivery manager provides project planning, milestone management, scope management, financial management; change management, customer account Management across delivery of all Security Services projects. Lead IAM implementations involving customization, configuration, and development of solution integrations. Stakeholder management, ownership of project deliverables with process frameworks and methodologies. The Delivery manager is expected to optimize resources utilization, budget, and solutions in order to achieve the on-time delivery of the roadmap. Experience : 12 - 16 years Only, please do not apply 16+ years candidates. Education: 1. Engineering and MBA from reputed colleges; Engineering from CSE/ECE/EEE branches is preferred; MBA in systems, organizational management or IT business Management is preferred. 2. Any management program from reputed institutes such as IIMs is an added advantage. Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of all the projects in the organization Responsible for Project management on Agile and SDLC-based delivery methodologies Responsible for successful project completion and team building. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Have to manage large-scale projects. Be able to present the status, risks, issues, etc. of this roadmap to executive leadership. Help keep the team on track and ensure that projects meet specific standards at each stage of the process. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. Responsible for Cost / Quality / Delay Deliverables Cybersecurity for allocated projects Maximum utilization of the resources and upskilling them if required. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Ensuring coordination between all stakeholders and meeting the expectations Qualifications: 10-14 years of proven experience in a project/Delivery management role. Must have a solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program. Experience in managing team(s) following scaled-Agile approaches such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile, Development (DAD), or other Agile, Scrum, or other iterative frameworks at-scale. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. Working knowledge of SDLC delivery Excellent people and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications: Good to have - PMP, ITIL Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISA.
