About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead and manage multiple software delivery projects ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes within defined scope and budget.
  • Establish and drive delivery governance, metrics, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, and support) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) operations with clear SLAs and KPIs.

2. AI Strategy and Delivery

  • Drive alignment of AI initiatives with business goals, integrating emerging AI, ML, and data analytics technologies to enhance delivery efficiency and business impact.
  • Implement AI-driven automation and predictive analytics to optimize project tracking, resource utilization, and operational performance across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and ethical standards.
  • Define KPIs to measure ROI and performance of AI-enabled initiatives.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions and relationship management.
  • Understand client business needs and translate them into actionable delivery goals.
  • Handle client escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer confidence.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and performance management.

4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight

  • Plan, manage, and track project budgets ensuring cost optimization and financial control.
  • Forecast resource requirements and ensure alignment with business and project goals.
  • Present regular financial and delivery reports to senior management.

5. People & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop delivery teams ensuring motivation and performance excellence.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently across multiple projects.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

6. Technical & Operational Expertise

  • Oversee hardware and infrastructure requirements for project execution and delivery readiness.
  •  Ensure technical feasibility and risk management for all project deliverables
  •  Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations.
  • Manage and enhance AMS frameworks and processes for ongoing operational excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of AI, Data Management, and Automation technologies.
  • 12–15 years of experience in software delivery management.
  • Experience in customer management, escalation handling, governance, and project leadership.
  • Expertise in AMS delivery and service management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
