They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.

Experience in managing a TeamExceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end project cycles Significant proven competency in contracting/negotiation processes and best practices Strong experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis Knowledge of procurement operationsExperience working directly with key stakeholders in business unitsTeam player with initiative and a positive attitudeProcess oriented with excellent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills Project management skills Adaptable management style to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers Ability to communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Access, Word) Proficiency in Sourcing Optimization Tools:Coupa and Jaggaer ASO
Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with clients/suppliers to identify and drive cost/ improvement opportunities through sourcing initiativesLead and execute sourcing projects including strategy development, RFQ/RFP execution, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution Detailed knowledge of complex data management and analysisGuide team members on distilling relevant insights from large volumes of complex dataApply market knowledge to provide client with relevant insights Lead a delivery TeamCoaching Team members on best practices of sourcing executionMaintain overall team service deliveryManage Knowledge Transfer from Internal / External teams on new processesSetup SOP for new processes and meet SLA targets for existing onesEnsure project staffing meets both skill and cost requirementsEnsure team members receive necessary training to remain relevant to clientsProvide mentorship to team members as they deliver on client work
