We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cooking Operations Delivery Executive to manage the delivery of food items from our kitchen to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and customer service, along with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery, maintaining the quality of the food, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Timely Delivery: Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food items to customers, maintaining the quality and temperature of the food during transit.
• Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries, while considering factors like traffic and delivery time windows.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
• Order Management: Verify customer orders before delivery, ensuring all items are correctly packed and meet the quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations during food transportation.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition, including regular checks on fuel, cleanliness, and overall maintenance.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on delivery status and report any issues or delays to the operations team.
• Assist in Kitchen Operations : Support kitchen operations by helping with basic food preparation or packaging during peak hours or in the event of staffing shortages.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry food orders, and to drive for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries.
• Must own a reliable two-wheeler
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
