Job Summary:

We're seeking a Delivery Executive to join our delivery network and ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders. As a Delivery Executive, you'll be responsible for picking up packages from Flipkart hubs, delivering them to customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick up packages from Flipkart hubs and deliver them to customers within the designated time slot.

- Ensure safe handling and delivery of packages, verifying customer signatures and collecting payments.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.

- Manage delivery routes efficiently, optimizing time and resources.

- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to traffic rules and safety guidelines.

- Report any issues or concerns to the team lead.

Requirements:

- driving license (2-wheeler).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery or logistics (freshers welcome if you have a passion for delivery).

- Ability to ride a 2-wheeler.

- Familiarity with local routes and addresses.
